Siur A.

DERTHONA

Colli Tortonesi

DOC

Timorasso

After a brief cold maceration of the grapes in the press, our Derthona Timorasso Siur A. undergoes fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel, followed by about 12 months on the lees; frequent bâtonnage enhances its organoleptic profile and elevates its structure and elegance. Once bottled, the wine rests for a further 10–12 months before release. Its color is a deep straw yellow with golden highlights.

The bouquet recalls white flowers, wild blossoms, yellow roses, citrus hints, peaches, and apricots. Yet it is the pronounced mineral and hydrocarbon notes that define its remarkable uniqueness, becoming even more expressive as the wine ages.

Siur A. is a rich, well-structured wine with a pleasant, marked freshness. Elegant and refined, it shows roundness and harmony, with a long and lingering finish. A wine of great longevity, it reveals fascinating variations throughout its bottle evolution.

Excellent alongside meats, cheeses, and risottos, it pairs beautifully with fish—especially shellfish and raw seafood—and makes for a curious and intriguing match with truffle.

Tell

PICCOLO DERTHONA

Colli Tortonesi

DOC

Timorasso

Our Piccolo Derthona Tell is vinified in a classic way in stainless steel with fermentation at controlled temperature. A brief pre-fermentation cold maceration in the press enhances both structure and aromatic intensity.

The wine then rests on the lees for about 8–10 months, before being bottled and aged for a further 6 months prior to release. Its color is a clear, bright straw yellow.

The citrus component of the bouquet blends with notes of white flowers, wild blossoms, and a subtle savory, mineral character.

Tell is a fresh and approachable wine, with pleasant acidity, elegance, and easy drinkability.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses, and risottos.

Dreo

COLLI TORTONESI BARBERA

DOC

After a 15-day fermentation maceration on the skins with regular pump-overs and punch-downs, the wine is aged for 6–8 months in stainless steel tanks. Once bottled, it undergoes a further 6 months of refinement before release.

Its color is an intense ruby red with vivid purple highlights. The natural acidity gives it remarkable freshness and excellent drinkability.

The bouquet is rich and enveloping, with aromas of cherry, blackberry, and raspberry, accompanied by delicate spicy notes. Dreo is a wine of solid structure—round and full-bodied, yet at the same time harmonious and elegant. A savory, lively finish completes its balance.

Suggested pairings include hearty first courses, cured meats, red meats, game, fresh or semi-aged cheeses, and mushrooms.

Gustei

MONLEALE

Colli Tortonesi

DOC

Our Monleale Gustei, after a fermentation maceration on the skins lasting 15–20 days and 10–12 months in cement tanks, is then aged in carefully selected French oak barrels of varying sizes and toasting for 15–18 months, depending on the vintage. This is followed by a further 8–12 months of bottle refinement, which gives the wine elegance and roundness.

Intense and complex, Gustei is a wine of great longevity. It fascinates with its structure, personality, and the countless nuances it develops over time in the bottle.

The bouquet offers superb harmony, with dominant notes of ripe red fruit, tobacco, vanilla, and pronounced spicy accents. Soft, well-balanced tannins and a vibrant yet well-integrated acidity complete the profile.

Its color is ruby red, evolving towards garnet as it ages.

Excellent with red meats, game, and aged cheeses; a pairing with truffle is a true connoisseur’s delight.
